TAI CHI
Tai Chi is the abbreviation for T'ai Chi Chuan which means The Supreme Ultimate Boxing System, an ancient Chinese martial art system which aims at the maintenance of good physical and mental health; it develops physical, mental and spiritual balance through regular practice of forms and breathing technique while one moves around consciously and carefully in a meditative motion. But Tai Chi is a form of Kung Fu, which means that the forms- once properly understood- can be used for self-defense.
QI GONG
Qigong is a form of gentle exercise composed of movements that are repeated a number of times but often stationary- unlike the Tai Chi Chuan forms.
The goal of this 3,000 year-old self-healing art is- as the name suggests- the cure of existing ailments and the maintenance of of good physical and mental health by learning how to control Chi- the life- energy.
Sifu Jun and Sifu Mila are certified Tai Chi Qigong instructors. Sifu Jun is also a Master Instructor of Yaw Tai Chi Self-Defense. Both are long time students (over 30 years) of Grandmaster Yaw of Asia Budo Center in Höngg, Zurich.
